STORY

Every 500 years the stars align with the lunar eclipse creating the fabled Monster Moon. The moon turns green and Curses the land turning the animals into MONSTERS.

It's up to you to save all your friends and remove the Curse of the Monster Moon.

THE GAME

You play as Sofia, a plucky little witch that will do whatever she can to save her friends from their terrible curse.

You have 2 spells at the ready.

When Sofia is Red use the Transmogrification spell. It will transform monsters back into your friends.

When Sofia is Blue use the Bubble Bounce  spell. It allows you to create a bubble to bounce off of. 

Explore the world of Luna Haven and the 4 different lands within it.

Forest Land 

 Explore the dark woods of Forest Land. There are tall trees and caves to explore here.

Water Land 

 Water and witches don't mix. You'll have to watch your step as you traverse over the giant lily pads.

Desert Land

Hot and dry, filled with hidden catacombs and quicksand. Keep on your toes here.

Cloud Land

High up where it's windy and wet. There are updrafts and giant bouncy mushrooms to help you get around here. 

Moonwell

The sacred moonwell is an ancient and tranquil place. Acquiring all 4 moonstones may reveal its secrets.

Mini Games

Along your journey you may come across some unique NPC's that will give you a task to complete. Hop on your broom and try to complete those tasks. If you're successful you may get something special.

Fishing

Every good game needs a fishing mini game, if only you can find the secret fishing hole. 

There are so many more things to do in Sofia the Witch. It's a land full of secret areas, hidden mini games, hidden bosses, and a variety of unique residents.

In the full version of the game, there are 4 large bosses, 1 at the end of each land.  Hidden within each of the 4 lands there is also a secret hidden boss. If you can find and defeat all 4 of them you might unlock something cool.  There are also 6 different endings. The one you get depends on how many friends you've changed back and how many secrets you've found. 

One last thing, if you've made it this far. The game is speedrunner friendly. On the title screen hit Select when starting a new game, and select speedrun mode. This will allow you skip the tutorial of getting your wand and learning your spells. In the full game you can skip cut scenes too.

DEMO INFORMATION

This demo allows you to play all 4 levels in Forest Land. You can also play the First Level in the other 3 lands. 

In the demo there are 6 secret areas hidden in the game. 2 bonus flying mini games. A mini game where you play as a cat. A fishing game. As well as 2 hidden mini bosses.
